The SKLZ Power Stick Overload Stick helps improve a batter's power and contact and develops strength in batting-specific muscles, especially the shoulders, arms and hands. The Powerstick, with 30 oz. of weight focused into a narrow diameter barrel, players will notice better bat speed and power during games. The narrow diameter also builds visual acuity for better hand-eye coordination and contact at the plate. The Quick stick works in the same way, but is lighter to allow for more repetition without tiring so quickly. Includes 3 training wiffle balls.
